When can I check into my cabin or site?
You can check into your cabin or site at 2pm on the first day you have booked. If you’d like to arrive earlier, please check with reception to see if your booked accommodation is available.

When do I have to check out of my cabin or site?
Check out is at 10am on the last day you have booked. Please ensure your campsite is packed up and clear by 10am.

Can we extend our stay?
We’d love you to stay longer, as long as we have the availability. Please check with reception staff to find out what’s available.

Can I bring my dog with me?
Unfortunately no. Due to the close proximity of the National Park and for the consideration of other guests, there are no pets allowed at the resort.

What is your noise restriction policy?
We want you to enjoy your stay with us, but we ask that you respect the other guests. We request for noise to be kept to a minimum after 10.30pm, and have on-site security staff to enforce this if necessary.

Are there any other rules of the resort?
The speed limit around the resort is 8km/h, and helmets must be worn at all times for bike, scooter and skateboard riding.

What are your opening times?
Reception 8am – 7pm every day
The Beachwalk Café TBA
Pool and spa 7.30am – 9pm every day
Tennis court 8am – 7pm every day

Is linen for the cabins supplied?
Yes. We supply all bed linen and bath towels for cabin accommodation. All you need to bring is your beach towel. Linen is not supplied for site bookings.

Will the cabins be cleaned during our stay?
Cabins are not cleaned during your stay, only upon your departure. We supply brooms to ensure you can maintain clean floors.
