What are your opening hours?
Reception 8am – 6pm every day
Pool and spa 7.30am – dusk every day
What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is from 2pm for cabins and 12 noon for sites. If you arrive before 2pm you may not be able to access your cabin.
Check out time is before 10am.
Should you wish to delay your departure, please contact reception the morning of departure as late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
What if I need to change my booking?
Amendments may be possible depending on the terms and conditions of the package in which you have booked. Please check our terms and conditions page or contact our reservations team on info@bluelagoonbeachresort.com.au or +61 2 4332 1447.
What payment options are available?
We accept AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cash or direct deposit (must be received prior to check in). No credit card surcharges are applied at our resort.
What do I need to pack?
Whether you’re flying or driving deciding what to pack for your holiday can sometimes be stressful but you can leave the kitchen sink at home. So to makes things a bit easier here’s a list of the top things to pack;
- Beach Towels
- Smartphone (or your camera). And don’t forget to tag #bluelagoonresortau on insta and check-in on Facebook.
- Favourite book to read
- Bucket and spade for a trip to the beach.
So just bring your excitement, your big smiles and get ready for holiday fun!
Does my cabin have linen?
Yes, all cabins have linen supplied. However, we do recommend bring a beach/pool towel for the outdoor facilities.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms and government regulations prevent smoking in all public areas, other than the designated smoking area located near the front entrance of the resort. Smoking in rooms will incur a $200 deodorising charge.
Do you offer car parking?
Each studio, tent or caravan site has parking for 1 vehicle. Cabins also only have designated parking for 2 cars. There is limited public parking near the resort so additional parking for extra cars or guests during your stay is along Bateau Bay Rd. For more options please speak to the friendly reception team.
Can my friends come and use the park and its facilities?
Visitors are required to advise reception upon arrival, and depending on the season, only guests may be allowed to use facilities.
Do you offer free WiFi?
We do have free Wi-Fi throughout the resort, however due to our surroundings this can be intermittent.
Whats is provided in the rooms?
All bed linen and bath towels are provided during your stay. Our bath towels must not be used for pools, beaches or taken away from the resort. Rooms are weekly services however for an additional fee daily services can be requested. Our cabins are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, iron and board, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Please note that due to fire regulations, we do not allow guests to bring their own cooking appliances.
Do you have room service?
We do not have room service; however there are a range of local restaurant delivery options available – please see the friendly reception team.
Are there laundry facilities at the park?
Free laundry facilities are located in the amenities blocks. You can access the laundry 24 hours using the AB key provided on check in. Washing powder can be purchased from our friendly staff at reception or the kiosk.
Ants and insects?
Insects and pests are quite common on the Central Coast of NSW, especially during warmer months. To deter unwanted visitors during your stay, it is recommended to keep screen doors closed and avoid leaving food on benches and floors.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Unfortunately no. Due to the close proximity of the National Park and for the consideration of other guests, there are no pets allowed at the resort.
Can we have a fire or fire pit?
Unfortunately no, we have a no open flames policy at the resort.
What is your noise restriction policy?
We want you to enjoy your stay with us, but we ask that you respect the wishes of other guests. We request for noise to be kept to a minimum after 11pm, and have on-site security staff to enforce this if necessary.
Are there any other rules of the park?
The speed limit around the park is 8 kmh, and helmets must be worn at all times for bike, scooter and skateboard riding.
