Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

 

Cancellation Timeframes and Fees

If you cancel outside the required notice period for your booking season, you will receive a refund less the applicable cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees:

• Cabin bookings – $50 per cabin
• Site bookings – $25 per site

 

Required notice periods by season:

Low Season

At least 72 hours before arrival
Includes May, June, July and August (excluding school holidays and long weekends).

Mid Season

At least 14 days before arrival
Includes February, March, April, July School Holidays, September, October, November and December (excluding school holidays and long weekends).

High Season

At least 28 days before arrival
Includes January, December/January School Holidays and the Christmas/New Year period, Easter holidays, and all long weekends.

If you cancel within the required notice period for your booking season, the full deposit paid will be forfeited.

 

Changes to Dates

One date change may be offered if required. Changes must be made prior to the applicable cancellation window closing and are subject to availability and any seasonal rate differences.

No Shows and Early Departures

No refunds or credits will be provided for no shows or unused nights once checked in.
If guests choose to depart early due to weather conditions, no refund or credit will be provided.

Promotions

Please note promotional rates have their own terms and conditions which will be advised at time of booking. Promotional rates are generally non-refundable.
